A bachelor degree in technology is a very versatile one. While many assume that a degree in computers means moving onto something like software engineering, there are many other kinds of related fields that benefit from a technology degree. Even more so, having an online technology degree gives students a boost as the entire program is devoted to and taken through online and computer courses. One who is familiar with many programs can even slide into a different field than computers, such as graphic design or publishing. Also, self-employment is always a dream of those who dislike following others’ footsteps. A technology graduate can become a successful Webmaster or technician without working for anyone but themselves.
